The manager comes from the international firm Latham & Watkins to coordinate the Group’s legal affairs
Milan, 1st March 2022– Design Holding, the global leader in the high-end design sector, jointly controlled by Investindustrial and The Carlyle Group, has strengthened its Executive Team with the appointment of Silvia Milanese as General Counsel.
Graduated in Law at Bocconi University in Milan, Silvia Milanese gained a significant experience in the international law firm Latham & Watkins where she dealt mainly with corporate law, M&A, private equity transactions, IPOs and joint ventures, with specific focus on the fashion and luxury sectors, both in Italy and abroad.
Before joining Latham & Watkins, she worked for Lombardi Molinari Segni and for the international firm Baker & McKenzie.
In her new role, Silvia Milanese will lead and coordinate all legal aspects of Design Holding and will be responsible for defining and implementing the Group’s strategy for the issues under her purview.
